Tony Bellis

With over 30 years experience within the regional and overseas property market, Tony has an extensive range of knowledge within the property market. At Parkinson Real Estate, Tony advises a wide range of clients, be they large institutional operators or private clients on property matters across many property sub-sectors. His main role is within the PRE Valuation Advisory team, providing advice and support to clients in connection with both commercial and residential property matters throughout the North West of England.

In 2018, Tony celebrated his 23rd year as a member of the Royal lnstitution of Chartered Surveyors and remains proud to be a member.
