Parkinson agree a ‘spice deal’ for clients

Parkinson Real Estate have successfully negotiated the letting of a 12,000 sqft industrial unit in Wigan.  The unit, situated at Marus Bridge, comprised a modern warehouse facility with offices and large service yard.  Parkinson whom marketed the premises on behalf of Wigan Development Company, negotiated and agreed the terms to let the premises to JD Seasonings whom, due to experiencing significant growth and forecasting further growth, had outgrown their existing Wigan premises and required a new facility to meet their future needs.
