Rob qualified MRICS in 2016 and has since, specialised, in the valuation of all lot sizes across the majority of the commercial and residential sectors.
Rob regularly undertakes secured lending valuations and he has acted on behalf of all major lenders in the UK. In addition, Rob also acts on behalf of Housing Associations, Charities, Accountants and Pension Funds.
Rob began his career in the property industry within the Insolvency sector and as such, he also has experience in LPA Receivership Disposal and providing LPA disposal advice.
- Rob has provided professional advice on a number of high-profile assets throughout the North West and has recently valued a number of investment assets occupied by “blue-chip” covenant strength tenants. He has also undertaken valuations of regional industrial estates and business parks since the turn of the year.
- Rob has recently undertaken a portfolio valuation on behalf of a major Lancashire housing association comprising 64 residential units throughout the North-West region. In addition, Rob has also provided secured lending advice in regard to a portfolio of luxury apartments throughout Manchester City Centre, of which privately rented residential schemes in Manchester and Liverpool’s City Centre’s are a major hotspot within the property market at present.
- Rob has recently provided professional advice in relation to the conversion of a multi-storey mill in Liverpool City Centre. The development scheme proposes a mixed-use asset comprising office space and 35 self-contained apartments and upon its completion, the property will provide for a multi-million-pound asset and a prominence within Liverpool’s skyline.
- In recent months, Rob has also provided valuation advice in respect of a 15.6-acre site in Preston which benefits from outline planning permission for 175 residential units. The advice was provided for a retained client to assist them in assessing the merits of a potential acquisition and the development scheme itself.
