Among the significant transactions, Apcoa secured approximately 4,000 sqft of office space located on Hallgate, Wigan. Additionally, terms were renegotiated for the lease renewal of a 20,100 sqft, three-story detached office, currently occupied by the NHS.

Furthermore, an agreement was reached for the lease of a 17,760 square foot office suite at the Cotton Works in Wigan, with completion anticipated in the summer of 2025.

EdStart Schools took a lease on Harlor House in Standish, which offered around 4,500 sqft of office space for a private educational facility whilst Bentham House in Standish, comprising approximately 4,000 sqft over two stories, has been leased for private education, training, and administrative purposes.

A lease of approximately 6,000 square feet at Sovereign Business Park in Wigan was secured by a life skills and training organisation. This transaction was executed efficiently, with initial interest followed by the agreement of terms occurring within eight weeks of our client's acquisition of the property. The lease was finalised in a notably brief timeframe, especially given the complexities that required negotiation between the landlord and the tenant.

Vermont House, a multi-let office facility managed by Parkinson Real Estate, saw several suite lettings throughout the year, resulting in an occupancy rate nearing 100%.

The completion of the lease for a 19,885 sqft facility on Prescott Street in Wigan to Wigan and Leigh College stands out as one of the most satisfying achievements of the year, particularly due to the significant social value associated with this transaction. This facility, which primarily offers office space along with some workshop areas, has been acquired by Wigan and Leigh College to establish a skills academy. This development will enhance the existing capacity of the college's facilities located in Wigan town centre, including its main campus at Parsons Walk.

Lastly, 2a Stone Cross Court, a 2,200 sqft office situated in a sought-after modern business park just off the A580 East Lancashire Road, was leased to Remarkable Autism Ltd as the group's head administrative office.
