Rob Greenwood is the latest addition to the Parkinson team. Solid growth throughout 2017 has continued into 2018 and Parkinson are actively seeking talented individuals to join their team.
Rob joins Parkinson following four years with Eddisons Commercial and is taking up the role of Senior Surveyor at the Preston office of the North West based Real Estate consultancy.
Rob graduated from Loughborough University in 2013 and has since obtained his Assessment of Professional Competence and following qualification in 2016, became a RICS Registered Valuer.
Rob returned to the North West to take up his career and is already very experienced across Red Book valuation work for secured lending purposes within both the Commercial and Residential sectors.
He also regularly undertakes development appraisals, residual valuations and rent reviews for a variety of purposes including Pension Funds and Accounts.
Rob will be responsible for increasing the presence of the Parkinson valuation department across Lancashire and Cumbria.
